By opting in to receive SMS messages fromCounseling Awareness Center, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (Terms).
 

SMS Messaging Service

By providing my phone number, I consent to receive SMS text messages from Counseling Awareness Center, LLC for appointment reminders  and general two-way communication about counseling services. Message and Data Rates may apply.
 

Message Frequency

You will get more than one message from us unless you opt-out, and while messaging frequency varies, you will likely receive one message or less per week. Counseling Awareness Center, LLC reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages. Counseling Awareness Center, LLC  and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.

Opting Out of Messages

You will continue to receive text messages unless you specifically request otherwise.

To opt out, you must either inform our office directly or update your notification preferences in the client portal.

Since this is a manual communication service, replying STOP will not unsubscribe you from messages.
